Ingredients for Dressing
½ cup olive oil
6 medium cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 raw egg
1 can anchovies
Ingredients for Salad
2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
Some croutons for the top of the salad
3 Tbsp parmesan, grated
Method
- Blend all ingredients for the dressing.
- Toss the romaine lettuce with the dressing and mix well.
- Mix in the parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Add some croutons to top off the salad.
