Fig, Jam, and Brie Sandwiches

Sweet fig jam, creamy brie, and smoky bacon come together in this indulgent sourdough sandwich. Finished with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, it’s a perfect balance of rich, savoury, and tangy flavours.

Ingredients

Fig Jam
Brie cheese
Crispy cooked bacon
arugula
Balsamic glaze
Sourdough Bread

Directions

  1. Spread fig jam on sourdough bread, add brie cheese, and crispy baked bacon. Top with another slice of sourdough bread.
  2. Heat a little bit of butter in a skillet and place the sandwich in it.
  3. Let crisp on both sides and then remove from heat.
  4. Open the sandwich, add arugula + balsamic glaze, and put the sandwich back together. Enjoy!
