Directions
- Spread fig jam on sourdough bread, add brie cheese, and crispy baked bacon. Top with another slice of sourdough bread.
- Heat a little bit of butter in a skillet and place the sandwich in it.
- Let crisp on both sides and then remove from heat.
- Open the sandwich, add arugula + balsamic glaze, and put the sandwich back together. Enjoy!
