These savoury pecans are perfectly spiced with cayenne and cumin, making them an irresistible snack on their own and a crunchy, flavourful topping for salads.

Ingredients
3 cups pecans
½ cup icing sugar
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon cumin powder (or more if you wish) 
4 teaspoons water
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F.
 - Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - Combine all the above ingredients except for the pecans.
 - Coat the pecans with the mixture and place on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Separate the pecans so they don’t cluster together.
 - Bake 10-12 minutes until the pecans are not sticky.
