Scrambled Eggs with Fresh Young Garlic

A simple yet flavourful dish with tender, aromatic young garlic, sautéed until fragrant, combined with lightly beaten eggs.

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

4 eggs
4 teaspoons green, young garlic, chopped
3 teaspoons cilantro, chopped
2 green chillies chopped
2 tablespoons butter
salt to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and gently saute the garlic, cilantro, and chillies.
  2. Add in lightly beaten eggs, salt and scramble.
  3. If you do not happen to have green garlic you can use chopped chives.
