A simple yet flavourful dish with tender, aromatic young garlic, sautéed until fragrant, combined with lightly beaten eggs.

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 teaspoons green, young garlic, chopped
3 teaspoons cilantro, chopped
2 green chillies chopped
2 tablespoons butter
salt to taste
Directions
- Melt the butter in a pan and gently saute the garlic, cilantro, and chillies.
- Add in lightly beaten eggs, salt and scramble.
- If you do not happen to have green garlic you can use chopped chives.
