This is the soup base that I use for most soups. Once made, you can add whatever you wish, spinach being my favourite. You can also blend the soup for a smooth taste.
Ingredients
4 cups bone broth stock
2 stalks green onions, diced
5 mint leaves, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 tsp peppercorns
A handful of cooked rice
2 stalks celery, chopped
1″ ginger, chopped
5 stems cilantro, diced
Directions
- Chop the veggies and add them to the bone broth stock.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
